“Curious?” is a harm reduction, peer support group for folks who are interested in exploring their relationships with various substances.

Join us for a weekly online event where we will discuss harm reduction strategies in a safe and supportive environment. This event is perfect for anyone who is curious about examining how substance use shows up in their lives or looking to connect with folks who may have shared experience.

A sample of past group topics have include the principles of Harm Reduction, discussing theories of substance ‘over use’, learning about Dopamine, thinking about what language we use to discuss our substance use, evaluating quality of life as an indicator of sucess, and discussing the impact of substance use on relationships.

Come share, ask questions, and connect with others who understand. Let’s learn and grow together! This event occurs weekly, but folks can attend at whatever frequency feels right to them, though each session is capped at 16 attendees.

The cost is a sliding scale of $0-$20 and you can pay what you like.
