These activities can teach folks how to identify and name boundaries, how to give and receive feedback; and support the development of a deeper understanding of the needs, expectations, and values of fellow teammates.
- Centralizing Core Values & Group Visioning: Where team building focuses on the relationships between individuals, centralizing core values brings the team together to brainstorm about the mission of the organization, what outcomes they would like to see as a group, and how they see themselves working together.
- Processing Difficult or Upsetting Events: Grey Matters offers the services of a licensed clinical social worker to take the burden off of staff when upsetting events happen and the team needs space to process what has happened. Some examples include the loss of a staff member, loss of a client, processing the impact of COVID-19, transitions in program leadership, etc.
